1. Introduction

Welcome to ETHORITY’s Whistleblower Policy. ETHORITY is committed to maintaining a culture of transparency, integrity, and accountability. This policy outlines the procedures for reporting unethical behavior, misconduct, or any violations of laws or regulations within the organization, and the protections provided to whistleblowers.

2. Policy Statement

ETHORITY encourages employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any concerns about unethical behavior, misconduct, or violations of laws or regulations. We are committed to investigating all reports thoroughly and protecting whistleblowers from retaliation.

3. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders of ETHORITY. It covers reports of misconduct, unethical behavior, fraud, corruption, violations of laws or regulations, and any other actions that could harm the organization or its stakeholders.

4. Definitions

Whistleblower: An individual who reports misconduct, unethical behavior, or violations of laws or regulations within the organization.

Retaliation: Any adverse action taken against a whistleblower as a result of their report, including but not limited to, dismissal, demotion, harassment, or any form of discrimination.

5. Reporting Procedures

ETHORITY provides multiple channels for reporting concerns:

  • Direct Reporting: Report concerns directly to your immediate supervisor or manager.
  • Human Resources: Contact the HR department directly.
  • Whistleblower Hotline: Use the anonymous whistleblower hotline available on our intranet or website.
  • Email: Send an email to whistleblower@ethority.net with details of your concerns.

When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the concern, relevant dates, names of individuals involved, and any supporting evidence.
